Prompt, efficient and courteous staff
Dr. S interacts well with patients and is thorough and explains her diagnoses and prescribed actions. They are responsive to questions on the portal and information is posted immediately.

Loved Dr Sivakumar and questions to me about my physical and mental well-being. I would highly recommend her. The staff was friendly and office atmosphere was a happy one. Only one suggestion: make sure the new patient packet is received prior to appt. A lot to fill out at the office.

Dr.Sivakumar is the best physician I have had the pleasure of knowing. Her bedside manner should be taught in medical schools. It compliments her deep understanding of medicine, observational skills and ability to connect the body’s system as opposed to looking at a disease alone.

The doctor was kind and thorough and even provided bloodwork in the office. The only drawback was that I had to work through some voice mails and some high tech software to talk to the staff. But I'm beginning to work my way through that.

Dr.Sivakumar and staff are always welcoming, compassionate and profesional. The clinic is clean, the staff are very compliant and dedicated to do their very best to maintain aseptic techniques when taking care of patients. They also have a quest staff lab in their office which really makes life convenient, specially when you are not feeling your best, and the quest phlebotomist is a doll!!!!

I'm very happy I found this practice. Dr Sivakumar can always " connect the dots" that many doctors cannot. I have never felt rushed and they were very helpful and knowledgeable when I had Covid.
