Dr Usha Sivakumar has an upbeat attitude and a smile on her face period she tells you how it is and what you need you to do period I like how she explains everything to me and how it works with your body mind etc period she always has a kind word to say when you're ready to leave the office period I definitely recommend her and her staff.

A doctor who don’t mince words, Is straight to the point. It was my first visit to her Office On April 8, 2022. To me she seems to care very deeply about her Patience. Someone not out just for the money like most doctors seems, she listens to you thoroughly, and let you know that she care about your health above anything else. And she truly want to help you get better and tries to fine the solution to your health problems. I am so glad that I finally found a Doctor Who puts the patient first.

The wait is not long, the staff is friendly. Dr Sivakumar is knowledgeable, thorough, and someone you don't have to be afraid of talking to.

Everything about my visit to Dr. Sivakumar's office went perfectly. I was a new patient, and I appreciated the care with which Dr. Sivakumar went through my history and addressed the issues that are concerning me now. She was both honest and kind. She provided a diagnosis that gave me clarity, and I left with relevant referrals. When I needed to have my blood drawn, the phlebotomist was one of the kindest women I have ever met. I'm so glad Sivimed is my new primary care.

My long term physician no longer practices and I have been trying to find someone new. I can't fully express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Sivakumar. At my initial new patient appointment it was clear to me by the amount of time she spent with me and the concern she showed me when discussing my health issues that my search for a new physician is over.

I am rating the office a level 5 across the board. The entire health management process is one that is well informed. The office staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Sivakumar takes time to explain everything in detail and she has wonderful provider to patient engagement practices. If you are looking for the best kept secret in Frederick for a Primary Care, please look up their office. You will not be disappointed.
Did I mention that the office is fully automated for records management and patient data through a portal. :)
