Dr. Sivikumar is an excellent physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, empathic, thorough in her work, and takes the time to explain to her patient not just the diagnosis but also the how and why regarding its etiology and the benefit of the prescribed treatment modality. She is also very personable and has an excellent bedside manner, and is able to establish trust and rapport with the patient very quickly. I am very impressed by the quality of care I received from her and her staff, particularly her phlebotomist, Chermaine. Top marks!
